
4 Cups water
4 Cups quick cooking oats
½ Cup coconut aminos, Bragg's liquid aminos or soy sauce
1 Cup cooked crack wheat or bulghar
1 Cup chopped walnuts
½ Cup cooked black bean
¼ Cup nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp garlic powder
¼ Tsp Italian seasoning
Bring water to boil in a saucepan, remove from heat then add Bragg's liquid aminos, coriander, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir in oats and the remaining ingredients and mix well. Using a large canning jar lid and rim form patties and place in a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins, turn over, then bake for another 15 mins. You may also cook in a lightly oiled skillet on both sides.
