Today I want to talk a bit about our perspective on events. From national events to personal life events, it's always important to ask ourselves: "What is the highest intention?"

We often have a lot of things coming at us in life. Some things we intended for them to happen, and others showed up unexpectedly. A lot of people encounter things that they didn't want in their lives and just don't process them. They move on and continue looking at what should come next (especially if you are a high-performing professional). Even if you don't consciously address it, your unconscious mind will. Because unintended events also have a purpose

Every circumstance has a higher intention

Whether it is the loss of a job, the loss of a loved one, a relationship failure, or the country in a crisis have a purpose in our lives.

Remember in 2019 when we were all so pumped about 2020? We said it was going to be the future, revolutionary, and that we would have a 2020 vision. Well, 2020 was indeed a transformational year in many many ways, just not exactly as we were expecting. However, everything that we went through was necessary to open our eyes.

In May we were all at home, during the pandemic, and George Floyd was murdered. We all had to sit and watch this man be murdered. Not only in the US, but across the globe. And it sparked something. Is it possible that there was a higher intention? And I'm not saying at all that it should have happened. Never. It's a matter of adopting perspectives in the long run. This tragic event was far from a cure, but the start of something relevant.

There's no light without darkness.

The highest intention can sometimes be very difficult to see. When we are all in the middle of feeling feelings and expressing outrage/sadness, it's hard to adopt an "in the long run" vision.

In NLP, there's a technique called "chunking up". Chunking up higher to really see what the highest intention is so you can look forward to what will be yours to do.

A real life example

I had a conversation with a friend regarding how she had lost her home in a house fire. Of course, the situation at first was completely stressful and heartbreaking, but in the long run, better things came to her.

Fortunately the house was insured, so she was able to receive an amount of money. She paid off her students loans and with the rest started building another house that accommodated better her family needs. This led to a new level of wealth for her and her family. They learned money management, budgeting, rebuild a better life, and overall reached a greater level.

The next steps

Your homework for today is to look at your life. Look at all the things that have happened. The good, the bad, and how you are still here. Trying to better yourself. Taking the first steps towards becoming the greater you.

But focus on the painful events from the past. What is the highest intention? How did a led b and put you in a position of growth?

Learning NLP as a Path to Slay those Obstacles

NLP is a way of revealing your blind so that you can reliably remove the obstacles that keep you from getting what you want in your life. NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) is how we use our words (linguistics), to reprogram our minds ("neuro" and "programming"). Simply put. We can decode the unconscious language of our mind that is holding us back, and eliminate and upgrade our conversations just as an anti-virus programs eliminates viruses and repairs the damage to the system. When you learn NLP you get the tools to coach yourself (and sometimes others) through moments that you might normally get emotionally hijacked.

Our Mind ReMapping Mastery Programs can help you to learn the tools you need to reprogram old thoughts, and habits and you can even learn to do it yourself. To learn more visit www.mindremappingacademy.com/applynow
