This is a very yummy this quinoa salad and it is an easy cold lunch to bring to work. The quinoa and garbanzo beans provide a double protein punch, and the lemon-basil dressing is simple, light, and fresh. It's vegan, gluten-free, too! Enjoy!!

Exercise can seem like a chore, but that generally is about our perception of what exercise has to look like. If we see exercise as a chore or something that "has to be done" then it just becomes work.
